Shooting and stalking holidays in the Scottish Highlands

On our 4000 acre estate and in conjunction with three nearby estates we can offer memorable long weekend or week long shooting, stalking and fishing holidays. Accommodation is in our own modernised cottages or farmhouses, well equiped for couples or large parties either self-catering or with the services of a cordon bleu cook.

Although we specialise in walked up rough shooting where variety of game is more important than numbers, we can offer a top class driven day of pheasant, partridge and duck.

During your stay at Brahan it is quite possible to bag pheasant, partridge, mallard, wigeon, teal, snipe, woodcock, grouse, white and brown hare, rabbit, pigeon, geese and the occasional golden plover.

Red and roe deer stalking is also available. During the hind season we like to take two rifles out. One on the hill after hinds whilst the other goes in the woods in search of the elusive roe doe and sika hind.

Also on the estate there is an exclusive sporting clay pigeon shooting ground. It is designed to show the bird in its natural surroundings. The high pheasants come off the glen side over sixty foot trees. The roosting pigeon drops into a fir wood offering very testing shooting and the woodcock darts among the trees proving very elusive to even the best shots.
