Notes:

Bookings are from SATURDAY 4pm to SATURDAY 10am. Farmhouses SUNDAY 4pm to SUNDAY 10am. Deposit of 65ukp must be enclosed to secure confirmation of your booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is necessary we cannot refund unless we can relet, in which case we will refund, less expenses. You are strongly advised to take out Cancellation Insurance to avoid any possible loss (see details below).

  1. All cottages are fully furnished and equipped including colour TV. Beds are made up for your arrival. PLEASE BRING OWN TOWELS. Launderette is provided. Electricity is paid for by 1ukp coin meter in each cottage.
  2. RESIDENTS ARE PARTICULARLY REQUESTED TO LEAVE THEIR COTTAGE AS CLEAN AND TIDY AS THEY WILL FIND IT.
  3. The proprietors accept no responsibility for:
      • any injury to residents, their families or visitors, or to any animals belonging to them.
      • any damage to any property belonging to any of the above, including motor cars and other vehicles whatever the cause of the damage.
  4. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premisies.
  5. Hirers of holiday cottages will be liable for any damage they may cause to the cottage structure or inventory, or to any part of the estate.
  6. Booking Cancellation Fee 20 ukp per cottage, per week.
  7. All bookings to be confirmed with a deposit within 10 days.
  8. Please note TROUT SEASON on river is 15 March to 6 October. PIKE on loch all year. TROUT IN POND all year.
  9. Prices inclusive of VAT.
  10. No all male/female parties without prior agreement.
